On Thursday, 5th March 2026, Dar es Salaam Independent School (DIS) will host its Upper Primary Swimming Gala at the Mbweni Campus. This annual event celebrates student talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship, while also inviting parents to join in the fun.

    Students will showcase their swimming skills across a variety of races and relays, cheered on by classmates, teachers, and families. The gala is designed not only to highlight athletic ability but also to build confidence, teamwork, and school spirit.

    Parents are warmly encouraged to participate in the 25m Freestyle Race, a tradition that adds excitement and laughter to the event.
