About Us
Dar es Salaam Independent School, established 1996, is a Tanzanian English Medium School which offers International Education. We enroll students in K – grade 13. The student and teacher are multicultural, though with a bias towards Tanzania and other African countries, which allows students to increase their understanding of and respect for each others’ cultures as well as their own.

Welcome to Dar es salaam Independent School.
First and foremost, DIS school is a Cambridge International School. DIS is focusing on providing exceptional quality education to meet the needs of a diverse, community in an ever changing world.
